Hello everybody!

Things are evolving each day at Audio Modeling, so we are not still able to provide dates "written in the stone".
This is currently our - very rough - roadmap for the next year:

November 3rd, 2018 - Soundmit (Turin): demo of Camelot candidate release
December 12th, 2018: first release of Camelot
January 2019 - NAMM Show (Los Angeles): demo of SWAM Brass prototype and S

We think this is the biggest news from the NAMM Show... we are proud to reveal that SWAM is running on hardware!

In this video, Stefano Lucato, CEO at Audio Modeling, tries for the first time the prototype of SWAM running on ELK hardware by Mind Music Labs ( https://www.mindmusiclabs.com/ ) at Winter NAMM Show 2019.

Hello

I have just purchased "The Saxophones" and I also have the TEC BBC2 breath controller.

I'm looking forward to knowing about the best-recommended settings, tweaks, and tips in order to get the best possible performance and sounding experience when using the TEC BBC2 breath controller and playing the SWAM saxophones virtual instrument.

Asking about that here, because other than

Hi all!

I just got a LeapMotion controller, and I'm excited to use it. Does anyone know if anyone out there has GECO files available that are already configured to work well with SWAM instruments? Or do we each have to sort of reinvent the wheel?

Thanks!

Kevin

Are they any extrapolation/upgrades planned in a middle term future or later to give the user the possibility to create ensembles based on SWAM engine ?

I, for one, am mainly working on a step-by-step mode but never mind, I imagine for instance a dedicated host, working as a plugin by itself, that let the user choose the number of instances of an instrument, with a pool of parameters that cha

Anybody knows how to obtain or control Growl with CC2 (Breath Controller)
I play SWAM instruments with the EWI 4000S
I know I can go to Options/Midi and select CC2 for Growl instead of the default.
Then I can set values for Min and Max.
However I cannot get the desired effect.
I would like Growl to come on only when playing strongly, meaning applying a lot of breath pressure to

I just bought the licence because 10 elements wasn't enough for me to try all the features I need to create my song sets.

I'm trying Kontakt 5 with a very low weight sample set (some customized synth leads from an Emu Proteus Library) but when I change scenes all the samples are reloaded (when I use other sample based VSTi like EzKeys the samples are not reloaded and there is no sound interru

Hi, I'm using the demo version to test all the features.

Do you plan in the future to use audio inputs to mix external hardware with software instruments?

Recently we have been discussing that IMHO it would be very advantageous if Camelot would feature a scripting engine and I suggested to take a look at the "JSFX" scripting engine provided by Cocos in their "Reaper" DAW.

But implementing a versatile scripting engine in Camelot itself maybe is not even necessary.

I found that the unbelievably nice people at Cockos provide the scripting e

Mixing musical expression and realistic sound is very difficult.
Feedback is welcome!

Hello. I composed the 8th demo of SWAM Violin. Please listen!

I used 2 violin tracks, and divided them according to range.
Brown notes:Cremona S1 track
Blue notes:Venezia S1 track

I am trying to make a realistic sound, and it will be a difficult challenge. But I think that I don't yet understand SWAM's potential.

Hello all, so here is an experiment/composition of mine using the various SWAM solo strings and a few SWAM woodwinds in an "Old School" sounding production.

I wanted to see how close I could come to making these beautiful instruments sound as if they were from the 1940-50 Noir film era. So I ran them through various amp simulators and came up with this overall sound that I think captures t

Hi Team and other members of the community.

This is my first post, in this and any music related community. I, first of all, wanted to say that I have just bought both the Solo Woodwinds and Solo Strings bundles, and I am absolutely in love with these instruments! I got my introduction to SWAM instruments via the Roli Noise app for iOS, and as soon as I realized that these were available for

Hello all,

Can anyone help me get started with editing the articulations / expressions of midi events within the piano roll of Logic Pro X? How does one fine-tune glissandos, portamentos, vibratos, etc., of individual midi events and pairs of events??

I can secondary-click a midi event to access the articulation selection, but there are 255 nameless articulations in there, and I can't tel

Hello! I'm using SWAM strings with Seaboard Rise 49 in Cubase Pro 10.
I want to play with several instances of SWAM strings simulatenously (to play polyphonic chords, each note on separate instance of SWAM - ensemble playing)
Ok, let's say, I created 4 instrumental tracks with SWAM instrument on each, end set midi options of each track to receive data from single channels (from 1 to 4). I

What “player” or synth do the SWAM instruments require? I can’t find anything about this on the website.

In other words, when creating a track in Cubase, what do I invoke to reach the SWAM engine? ( I am hoping the answer will be ‘The SWAM engine will appear in Cubase&r

In addition to deceleration and pressure decay in the return of the bow, I tried to reflect the tendency of human movement and resonance chang

I am considering to buy a Seaboard Rise 49 to use with my SWAM Flute and Cello. I found that the new versions already do have A Seaboard default parameter setting.

I suppose I need to set the channel to "All" in SWAM or the voice channel count to 1 in the Seaboard to allow for the SWAM engine to decently detect legato via overlapping notes. Correct ?

OTOH I found a video with two SWAM C
