According to the on-line manual: "By default, the Key Switches are positioned starting from C1 (MIDI note 24)where C3 = Middle C (MIDI note 60)" .... "C# = Fall Down. Hi @admin, you've done a pretty good job with SWAM Brass...these instruments are quite playable. However, there's still a minimum "Note-On value" issue that affects wind controller players like me i.e. most wind controllers don't create a Note-On event until a value of approx. 7 or 8 but because SWAM instruments respond to Note-On events all the way down to 0, wind controller players experience
Hi all, I'm enjoying the awesome sound of SWAM Brass and Strings (hopefully woodwinds soon).
I believe the answer to the following question is NO but I have to check because this is a make it or break it issue basically....
Am I able to automate the "Pitch Bend" parameter of SWAM Brass in my DAW (FL Studio)?
I don't have hardware, and even if I did, I would like to be able
I find that I am having trouble with fast passages on the brass instruments, particularly triplets on the same note. If I want to play “Williams Tell Overture” on the French horn, this is required, but I find the instrument does keep up with the speed of my fingers.
I am using a seaboard. Does anyone have advice on how to achieve this? Is this a limitation of using the seaboard
Is the Solo Brass v1.5 update safe to install without erasing settings? i.e. the 1.0.1. update wiped presets
Why don't owners get notifications about product updates? The only reason I know about the v1.5 update is because this update is listed in the KVR Audio Weekly Newsletter! There's no mention of the update on this forum and also no mention on the AM homepage under the Product U
I just purchased the All In Bundle and, with some tweaking, I'm loving just about everything using my EWI USB.
I am however running into one issue. Whenever I set my samplerate above 64khz, 88.2 or 96, the brass, particularly the Trumpet, sound a little off and there is a clicking sound when switching notes at times. They all sound really good at 44.1, 48, and 64khz, but they're not
Hi folks - is anyone else running into this? I have to put in a note on a track before I engage the breath controller, i.e. a silent note, in order for any brass instrument to play the first note I want to hear. Host is PT 2020 pushing VEPro.
Thank you Swam team for your amazing work on Swam brass and all my favourite swam instruments. A feature that I recommend to add to SWAM UX and possibly Camelot (haven’t tested or used yet Camelot) is the ability to have small lock/unlock button near any setting group, so when I change a preset I can choose if that group settings are persistent or change based on what was saved in the facto
gents any tips on how to setup a good sounding mellow solo FHorn sound? My going sound would be like example #4 on this website, which is like my sample library would sound like as well. https://www.samplemodeling.com/en/demos_horntuba.php I have no idea why SWAM is sounding so different here
