It is the practice of Bipolar mode.
Bipolar mode is also useful for CC handwriting users (like me). It is not necessary to write CC64 like Expression mode because down-bow and up-bow can be clearly distinguished, and it is easier to edit than Bowing mode. It is a

I continue to explore using the SWAM saxophones as instruments for real-time improvisational playing. There are no edits to the MIDI data in the example here. Playing "Misty", a ballad, is a good workout for the TEControl breath controller.

Attack
If I have expression on low level from 0 - 10 theere is some attack, even on Dynamic envelope on GUI screen show there is some attack, but if expression is more higher, then less attack is. That means if expression is above 40, there is no attack. Of course, there is some attack but it not act like on lower level expression.

To be more clear what I am talking about, for example SWAM

Camelot looks to become a very powerful and musician-minded performance environment, and I'm really excited to see it grow. But as AM likes to point out, it's still in its infancy as new features are being added. One of the big caveats is the lack support for AU/VST effects.

However, there is a pretty good solution that will run you between $50-$100 depending on your needs. There are a number

My favorite piece.
It is very difficult to play in cantabile.
Feedback is welcome!

Hi, i am new to this entire world, and looking for the simplest, most straightforward way to connect my Aerophone GO to the SWAM sax sounds for practice, not performance!

I am not a pro, but want my Aerophone GO to sound as best as possible. I don't care about recording, adding other instruments, etc.

So if i buy the SWAM saxes, what is the cleanest, easiest way to play them on the Aer

Hello all. Appreciate this excellent software. I have been working on some projects involving historical music using acoustic instruments mixed with my wind controller.

Here’s one for acoustic recorders and SWAM Clarinets:

Here’s some Bach arranged for recorders with baroque tuning accompanied by a WX 5 and audio modeling strings:

Hi, everyone!
This is a work by Gaspar Cassadó, a Catalan cellist and composer of the early 20th century.
I've played it on the SWAM cello.
It's very difficult to play on the real cello, but I think very suitable to play inhumanly and mechanically with SWAM, because it is a dance music for a non-human creature, the Green Devil.
The fastest tempo is about 190 bpm during the ac

I got a first version of the software converting part of the Seaboard to a Ribbon controller working !

You can choose a range of keys and while all other touches on the Seaboard are processed normally (this plugin reduces the channel count of the MPE stream to a single channel, anyway, and calculates appropriate channel control values from the multiple control values than come in via MPE, or

The dream of leaving the expensive and fragile computer in the studio and having a hardware unit running my favourite plugins at a reasonable price is getting closer.

This is a Linux based SOC based technology

Ultra-low latency (below 1ms round-trip)
I'm wondering how CPU intensive plugins would perform here but having used Linux in servers for a couple of decades as a sysadmin I know th

I use to use pro tools, but found it was heavier than I needed. I've been using Reaper, and am mostly happy with it. I like how easy it is to use, yet still has almost all the functionality I would want in a daw.

And I like how it is relatively light when it comes to CPU usage.

How does Camelot compare to Reaper?

I must admit the ability to create set lists in my daw is appealing.

I upgraded the "Flutes" from 2.8.2 to 2.8.3 64 Bit PC.

In my "Live" project, I use "Concert", "Alto", and "Bass" in three different tracks of the DAW (Reaper). I mute and ummute these tracks for switching between these (and other) sound engines.

I play the instruments using a keyboard and a TEC BBC V2. The parameter setting of the three instances are rather similar and the Midi processin

You can hear SWAM Strings in action with soft (most of time) and agresive (in end) playing.

I used external reverb, no EQ.
Only first 44 bars. No more time for another bars. Maybe later.

Is there anyway to reduce the rattling noise fx you get in the Swam Violin, most easy to hear in the upper registers?

I'd like to get a more pure note tone with less fx. I'm not a physical violin players so I'm not sure exactly what it represents, but it is too distractingly loud at times when I want the violin as the lead instrument without accompaniment.

Blue Bossa on MIDI Guitar (Youtube)

I'm working out the intricacies of using the TEControl breath controller, You Rock MIDI guitar and the SWAM saxophones. Like any instrument it takes time to get musical results—still striving towards that end. Note that the performances are un-edited.

A selection of SWAM saxophones used to play jazz standards:

Hi,
Is it possible to adress the Midi Channels of multitimbral VST Instruments like Steinberg Halion 6 from different Keyboards?
I use a Roland A-88 and a Komplete Kontrol 61 MK2 and would
like to select the Midi channels seperately for one instance of Halion.

Hi,

Yesterday I bought Camelot.

I think it could become the Holy Grail to the ever ongoing quest for a "total recall" solution for playing hardware synthesizers (even in combination with software instruments) in a song context.

But for now some important points are yet missing for me:

More explicit support of HW synths.

We think this is the biggest news from the NAMM Show... we are proud to reveal that SWAM is running on hardware!

In this video, Stefano Lucato, CEO at Audio Modeling, tries for the first time the prototype of SWAM running on ELK hardware by Mind Music Labs ( https://www.mindmusiclabs.com/ ) at Winter NAMM Show 2019.

Hello

I have just purchased "The Saxophones" and I also have the TEC BBC2 breath controller.

I'm looking forward to knowing about the best-recommended settings, tweaks, and tips in order to get the best possible performance and sounding experience when using the TEC BBC2 breath controller and playing the SWAM saxophones virtual instrument.

Asking about that here, because other than

Hi all!

I just got a LeapMotion controller, and I'm excited to use it. Does anyone know if anyone out there has GECO files available that are already configured to work well with SWAM instruments? Or do we each have to sort of reinvent the wheel?

Thanks!

Are they any extrapolation/upgrades planned in a middle term future or later to give the user the possibility to create ensembles based on SWAM engine ?

I, for one, am mainly working on a step-by-step mode but never mind, I imagine for instance a dedicated host, working as a plugin by itself, that let the user choose the number of instances of an instrument, with a pool of parameters that cha

Anybody knows how to obtain or control Growl with CC2 (Breath Controller)
I play SWAM instruments with the EWI 4000S
I know I can go to Options/Midi and select CC2 for Growl instead of the default.
Then I can set values for Min and Max.
However I cannot get the desired effect.
I would like Growl to come on only when playing strongly, meaning applying a lot of breath pressure to
